Tecnica Industriale SRL is glad to show you its range of butterfly valves with elastomer seat
BUTTERFLY.
Thanks to the manufacturing materials grey iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, (other materials upon request) the BUTTERFLY range finds application in different industrial plants (iron and steel, ship building, textile, chemical and petrochemical industries, water treatment processes and dyeing plants, air conditioning and heating sector).
The main advantages of the BUTTERFLY range are the following:
- the compaction and lightness that, reducing the weight and the dimensions, permit the valves to be
installed in small spaces;
- the seal performances are improved thanks to the elastomer seat with reinforcement that ensures a
geometric stability;
- the elastomer seat isolates the body from the fluid allowing the choice of a less expensive material;
- the particular design of the elastomer seat that allows a simple installation of the valves directly on the
piping and the substitution of the same seat.
Tecnica Industriale SRL offers these different seat:
- BUNA N
- EPDM
- EPDM HIGH TEMPERATURE
- NATURAL RUBBER
- NEOPRENE
- HYPALON
- VITON
- SILICONE
- PTFE
The BUTTERFLY range offers valves from 1 ½ '' up to 48''.
CONSTRUCTIVE VERSIONS
The BUTTERFLY range can be manufactured with the following connections:
- WAFER with two or four holes for the valve centering. Lightness is its main advantage.
- LUG with threaded holes in the body. This connection is more compact and with lower face to face
