The MDFQA motors are a range of through blown motors that have been designed for continuous operation at high torques. Their generously proportioned bearings and special winding design make for a long service life and optimum performance in any drive scenario. These motors support rated torques of up to 434 Nm and peak torques of up to 1400 Nm in conjunction with a power range of between 22.6 and 95 kW. They are of a compact IP23 design and have been specially developed for use with Lenze frequency and servo inverters.
A broad range of product variants assures that the optimum system configuration can nearly always be found whatever the operating conditions are. The broad field weakening range and high torque margins enable continuous operation even at high speeds, the insulated non-drive end bearing reduces bearing current to a safe level.
